Josh Sheehan walks us through how to do more of his favourite tricks from his backyard compund in WA. Check out part 1 of Josh Sheehans's FMX World: How To Part 1.
Double Grab
I take off normally, straight away get my body back, grab the seat with my left hand, push the legs up before taking the right hand and grabbing the seat as well. Head down and stretch for a good pic. I like how the flash has lit up the weeds and rusty old ramp so everything is bright.

Double Nac
I like to try and get the bike flat so I head into the ramp planning to do a whip. I head up the ramp riding towards the right and leaning off to the left. Just as I leave the ramp, in one motion, I take my right foot off the peg and push my body out to the left which also pushes the bike out to the right. I straighten my body out and try to push the bars down to flatten the bike out for the peak of the trick. I love a good double nac but the bright bike and golden skys makes it better.

Double Flip
I head into the superkicker fairly slow, then at the right time of the ramp, lean back and pull as hard as I can with full throttle. When i leave the ramp, I squeeze with my legs and try to pull myself closer to the bike. I see the landing after the first rotation but I must keep looking back and pull on the bars again to keep the rotation for the second flip. I only just see the ground before landing the jump.
