Daniel Dhers - BMX Freestyle Park – Gold:
“Since I got here, I knew that heat was going to play a big, big factor. So I said to myself that I could do four runs and two of them would have to be half because I would be so exhausted or do two, take a breather and just do a last one hard. It could have gone either way because these guys are amazing. I had to gamble and do it the old Ryan Nyquist way, where he just throws it down and hopes for the best. I am very happy that it worked.”

Ryan Decenzo - Skateboard Street Game of Sk8 – Gold:
“I just came in with not too much stress and just wanted to land my tricks. I just went for the tricks that I always do. I tried to make them not easy by doing a switch trick or something spinny or flippy. The guys had me on edge for sure.”

Taddy Blazusiak - Moto X Enduro X Men's – Gold:
“You just try to push yourself to the limit and that's what I tried to do and you had to make a decision in the split of a second. I'm really happy, I had a steady start, I wasn't going over my head and I just worked my way through.”

Tarah Gieger - Moto X Enduro X Women's – Silver and Moto X Racing Women's – Silver:
“It was definitely an adventure. It started off good in practice when the course was dry, but when they added the water it turned the whole race around. It was really hard to get around and the way that I was racing it wasn’t just “getting it done”. I fought hard to the end and came out with second place. I was pushing toward the front the entire time, but I hope to be back on the top step of the podium next year.”

Ronnie Renner - Moto X Step Up – Silver
“I’m happy with the silver tonight. Of course I’d love to be leaving here with the gold, but (Matt) Buyten is always a fierce competitor, and I’m really stoked about the new heights we were able to push each other over.”

Ryan Sheckler - Skate Street Mens – Bronze
“Every contest is different and it can be anyone's day at any time.”

Dany Torres - Moto X Freestyle – Bronze
“I'm really happy to compete in X Games and with my third-place result.”

Josh Sheehan - Moto X Freestyle Best Trick – Bronze
“Best Trick was something I didn’t really prepare for, as I had another trick I wanted to land. But I had the Double Flip on lock and thought I’d show everyone I had it before the Freestyle round. I was over the moon to get a 3rd place, I only expected 5th or maybe a 4th. But unexpected things do happen in FMX, and I was just happy to be at X Games and land my first Double Flip.”
