The Red Bull Gallery played host to the official opening of the Red Bull Wreckers Yard Exhibition last night, which saw graff artist Sofles, the 2011 Red Bull Wreckers Yard champion, redeem part of his grand prize by spraying part of the Red Bull HQ office in Sydney. Over his shoulder were 150+ graffiti lovers, who were treated to hip hop tunes, beat boxing and plenty of Red Bull.
Life Without Andy
What started as a blank, black wall on the outdoor terrace emerged into an amazing piece of art, paying homage to the icons of Sydney. Amazing control of the spray can brought the piece to life, that the average punter wouldn't be able to do if using a paintbrush or pencil.
The night kicked on with Sofles mixing with the crowd after hanging up his spray cans for another night.
The exhibition will be open until the 29th of July, Monday to Friday between 9-5pm.
