- About this Image
- By his own admission Andrè Villa had a stinker in 2009 – finishing 10th overall with a best placing of sixth. Few would have backed the 28-year-old to win the year’s first event in Mexico then, but that’s exactly what he did, becoming the first Norwegian to win a Red Bull X-Fighters event in the process. He has since proved that result was no fluke and currently sits on top of the overall standings heading into the final round in Rome, Italy.
