RED BULL WINGS TEAM
You may have seen an unusual sight on your road of late, a mini with a giant Red Bull can attached to the back. That car was in fact one of our Red Bull Wings Team vehicles.
What is a Red Bull Wings Team you may ask? Well it is in fact the name we give to our Wings Team Members whose job it is to drive to set locations and give 'wings' (a can of Red Bull Energy Drink) to consumers when they need it most ie.the right people, in the right place and at the right time.
This means a huge amount of variety in the day to day working life of a Wings Team Member, whose day can include anything from sampling in the city, at a Red Bull event, at a university, a trade show or pretty much anywhere where people need energy.
All of our Wings Team Members have certain things in common - they are usually students who are outgoing, have great communication skills, boundless energy, are friendly, professional, intelligent, proactive, have a current driver's license, and most importantly, have fun doing their job.

STUDENT BRAND MANAGER
Each year at every university across Australia and some TAFEs, Red Bull Energy Drink runs its ‘Student Brand Manager’ (SBM) Program.
Our SBMs are responsible for marketing Red Bull to their fellow students on the uni campus. The job requires the SBM to be the eyes and ears of Red Bull on the campus so that they can involve Red Bull in all facets of uni life, including O-weeks, the student newspaper, events and studying (not to mention partying!). All of these activities involve either mental or physical energy where Red Bull is a perfect fit, and their job is to integrate the brand with them.
All of our SBMs have certain things in common. Firstly they are what we call ‘do-ers’ on campus that are very involved in uni life. This may mean they co-ordinate a club or society, help with the union or assist in running a college. Secondly, they are undergrads with heaps of ideas, are very outgoing and have boundless energy which they use to currently balance their studies and part-time work with their hectic uni involvements.
Each SBM receives intensive marketing training, the support of a dedicated marketing team, as well as key tools to get the job done, such as a generous wage and mobile phone allowance.
Don’t forget, Red Bull is not your normal type of company and there is also a huge emphasis on creativity and fun in the job, so if you want to sit behind a desk or check-out, or stand in a shop for nine hours at a time for your part-time job, please do not apply.

How we collect your personal information
The Red Bull Career site is powered by Taleo Corporation ABN 48 115 960 828 and all information collected through the website will be used solely for the purpose of providing such hosting services and for no other purpose.
Most personal information is collected directly from you, the applicant. For example, your personal information will be collected:
- when you create your profile or apply for a position on Red Bull Careers site by completing the mandatory questions via our online form; and
- during the recruitment process, which may include telephone and face to face interviews and / or assessments.
Examples of the type of information we may collect from you include your name, address, contact details, date of birth, employment history, education credentials and any other information you provide to us in your resume (such as referee details).
There may be occasions when we need to source personal information about you from a third party. For example, we may collect personal information from:
- your former employer, to verify your employment history;
- educations institutions, to verify your academic qualifications or results where relevant to the position you are applying for; and
- police, as part of a security check.
The collection of this information may be necessary for us to assess your suitability as a potential candidate for employment with us.
In certain circumstances, we may also collect personal information about you which is sensitive. Sensitive information includes information about your health, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of professional or trade associations or a criminal record. Unless the collection of sensitive information is required or permitted by or under law, we will obtain your consent to its collection. If the sensitive information relates directly to your application for a job with us, you consent to our collection of it.
How we use your personal information
Red Bull may collect your personal information through the Red Bull Career site for several purposes, including:
- to assess and facilitate your application for advertised positions;
- to carry out checks (to the extent permitted by law) to verify the information you supply us;
- to invite you to apply for future positions where you have registered your profile and/or resume and elected to receive this service; and
- to perform our administrative operations, if you are hired.
We may also use your personal information for our own statistical, design and operational purposes, such as to analyse and track metrics associated with the Red Bull Career site. In such event, we use this information on an aggregate basis and it does not personally identify you.
Disclosing to third parties
Red Bull may disclose the personal information you supply to us to our related companies, referees, Red Bull employees who are involved in recruitment or support roles, security or credit organisations, recruitment agencies and any other third parties who perform services on our behalf during the recruitment process.
